Legal Aid Project
We offer legal aid services specifically to women and children. This is justified by the fact that our target population is the most vulnerable in terms of financial capacity and culture setting. This therefore puts them at danger of inability to access justice in the event that their rights are abused.
Provision
of legal Aid therefore contributes much to the attainment of equal access to
justice and this is done through Legal Representation, Legal Education,
Alternative Dispute Resolution, policy research and advocacy.
SGBV Project
Sexual and gender-based violence (SGBV) is caused by gender inequality and other social inequalities this speaks directly to our target population that is the vulnerable women and Children.
Our Sexual and Gender Violence project therefore focuses on preventing violence, supporting survivors, and changing harmful social norms through holistic, community-based approaches. Key components include establishing referral pathways, providing medical support, and offering psycho-social support and rehabilitation services.
